Super frustrated the door to terrace couldnt open. Photo on Expedia is way better. Chairs on terrace were folding chairs and nothing like pictured. No door on bathroom. They added a curtain ( nice to do) but small bathroom and my biggest frustration was the room would not go below 68 degrees. I asked and they checked 3 x but never was fixed. I am WAY not a good warm sleeper and it made 3 evenings super uncomfortable. I am a FAN of Park South and chose this as alternative but wouldn't recommend. Also one positive was the GYM, That was great as were the tickets for complimentary beverage. I am sorry to write a poor review, as I never do but the room was not great and the temperature not being adjustable was a deal killer for me.

Le Meridien - wonderful stay

Our stay at Le Meridien was excellent! From the moment we arrived, the bell staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went. The room was clean, and we were able to check in early, which was a great bonus. The only minor downside was that our wheelchair-accessible room had a slightly different layout than a standard room, but it didn’t affect our experience at all. The room was a bit dim, with only two desk lamps and one light near the door—I’d suggest adding a ceiling can light for better illumination. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Average experience

Overall, an average experience. Check-in was an unpleasant surprise. Rooms were only ready at 5:30 pm and only because we agreed not to insist on the booked high-floor rooms. We also requested same floor rooms upfront, which was never responded to and also not met. Rooms are quite small, have no view on lower levels but comfortable and we liked it overall. Staff was very nice given circumstances. Would not come back though.

Five Star Experience!
