The room was VERY clean and well appointed. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Shower door actually kept the water off the bathroom floor (if you know what I mean) and the staff was helpful. Anwar has a crazy sense of humor, but we totally appreciated it! started our stay off with some laughs. It's near a ton of restaurants, bars, and shopping, so that is a plus.

We stayed in the suite with 3 double beds and 2 bathrooms. The 2 rooms have a door so privacy was great but still within the same room. It was very spacious! We also got a front view of the Manhattan bridge from the room. The location was convenient of where we needed to go. A short walk to Chinatown and Little Italy.

Nice staff. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Amazing view. Good cleaning lady. It is old New York and there was some mold in bathroom. Linens were clean however.

Chinatown is very walkable and the hotel is conveniently located at the end of the Manhattan Bridge which is easyto cross and explore Dumbo. Hotel is clean, air conditioner was great, water pressure was good.

The experience over all was pleasant. The staff was even better. I’m accustomed to staying at hotels where there’s at least a fridge in the room and access to a microwave in the main floor. In this instance, neither was available which made us having to eat leftovers limited. We’re also accustomed to having a generous amount of shower gels, shampoo and conditioners so we don’t have to depend on ours as much due to traveling and these were limited to just a singular shampoo, small hand soap and hand lotion. This also made us having to use the items sparingly. I’m sure we could have simply asked for more, but we try to limit our interactions of needs to a minimum unless we absolutely have to. Overall, the staff was amazing and made the experience much bearable. I’d recommend the hotel with these added takeaways to prepare them for what to expect. Thanks.

This hotel was centrally located to all of the places I visited during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, plus baggage storage was offered prior to check in and afterwards if you your trip departure is after check out. The only downside was there wasn't a fridge or microwave offering but overall I would definitely stay again.

The staff were generally friendly and the location of the property was great. My kids loved loved the view from the hotel. However, slightly disappointed with the maintenance of the property. The bathroom sink was clogged and whole room felt dusty. I felt very itchy while living at the property.

Perfect location. Room was simple but met our needs. No refrigerator but that was no problem for us. Shower/hot water was great. AC was fine. Beds not the best but we certainly slept well. Staff were helpful and courteous. Some of the best food in NY in Chinatown and Little Italy. Convenient to public transportation. We loved it.
