Clean hotel with excellent proximity to the city - we stayed here while attending the us open The manager was so kind he allowed us to check in early after a long red eye That goes a long way and we appreciate it!

It is a modern hotel ,very clean,with very helpful people at front desk. Super convenient to all the trains in Queens, coming from airports using public transportation You can leave your luggage in a secure place after checking out

It was reasonably comfortable, and about a 10 minute walk to the subway. There were gnats in my room, which was annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, a decent place to stay for a night or two.

Lovely!

Nice no frills hotel close to the city. Plus points were being clean, quiet & walking distance from the train station. I loved the shower without the bathtub! I wish they wud put a microwave in the room, some hanging hooks in the bathroom as there’s no where to hang ur clothes, and if they cud add a small chair or stool in the room cz there’s only one & even for 2 ppl it gets a bit difficult when eating food. The room we had was on the 8th floor and the city view was beautiful.

Hotel für wenig Anspruch

von aussen macht das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck. Auch die Lobby. Aber als ich auf das Zimmer kam, hat es sehr muffig gerochen und ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer war. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr gross und der Ausblick direkt auf die QueensboroBrigde. (7. Etage) Das Hotel ist von der Subway gut zu erreichen. Entweder von der 21 St. Queensbrigde oder vom Queens Plaza (ca. 10 min. laufen) In der Umgebung gibt es einen Subways und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Ansonsten sind dort nur Autowerkstätten ansässig. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her, fand ich es aber etwas überteuert

前台服務態度非常差！

前台接待職員故意拖延登記時間，當時跟本沒有其他客人也叫我們等候15分鐘時間，連旁邊一位同事看不過眼過來幫忙，亦被他馬上阻止，雖然我聽不懂他們之間的語言，但他的同事也馬上停止幫忙了，一共等了二十分鐘才開始登記資料，其實我們並不需要提早入住，祇需要代存行李我們就可以離開，整體服務態度非常惡劣不能接受，謝謝！
