Loved our stay. The room was a generous size and I loved the Le Labo toiletries. The staff was lovely. I recommend staying on a lower floor as the rooftop bar was quite loud, though we had no trouble sleeping so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Quite sure they would have changed rooms if we had asked.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location. While the gym is satisfactory, the pool is notably diminutive and closes at 4 PM, which was somewhat disappointing. My girlfriend and I returned from dinner to the hotel to enjoy a beverage on the rooftop bar at approximately 10 PM, only to find it closed. Despite our initial annoyance, the front desk clerk demonstrated remarkable hospitality by providing us with a bottle of Prosecco to commemorate my birthday.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, and overall, the hotel itself is beautiful. However, I was disappointed by some of the amenities. The fact that the pool closes at 2 PM on weekends is very inconvenient, especially for travelers, and it’s also strange that the pool hours aren’t listed on the Expedia app. Additionally, for a “5-star hotel,” the lack of valet parking was surprising and inconvenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, but the limited amenities and hours made the stay less convenient than expected.

Nice hotel, good location. What wasn’t great was the unadvertised fact that the pool is only partially open on weekends (until 2p) due to the fact that the roof bar turns into a party zone with DJ. The fridge in my room didn’t cool - the front desk told me to just leave the cabinet door open then entire time which did not solve the problem even after 3 days. Finally, the shower diverter valve did not work so I only had the handheld shower to use and not the rainhead.

Cute hotel with small but clean rooms. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best choice for us as a family. The downstairs area turns into more of a nightclub at night, and the pool was disappointing. It’s basically the size of a large whirlpool, which wasn’t what we expected from the photos. There are also age restrictions at the pool during certain afternoon and evening hours and on weekends, which really limited when we could use it as a family. Given that the hotel also charges an amenity fee, this was especially frustrating. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing. Twice we were served toast that was so burnt it was inedible. It’s a cute place and probably a better fit for adults looking for a livelier atmosphere, but knowing what we know now, we would have chosen somewhere else for a family stay.

Rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is extremely well situated at the edge of to SoHo and a super easy walk to the 1 subway and 6th Avenue. The pool is tiny and the rooftop becomes a club at night so it’s not as relaxing an amenity as we had thought it would be. But it is quite a decent value if you can get a good price, and the staff are very nice.

We enjoyed two nights at the hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, the $30 credit towards the mean was appreciated. Location is perfect for SoHo, China Town, Little Italy walking. Quick Uber uptown if needed is easy to get. Overall, great.

My only complaint is that I messaged ahead that an early check-in would be appreciated and received a response they couldn't promise but would try. No mention of any cost.
