This was our second stay at NH Collection New York and we’re pleased to say that our stay was just as enjoyable as the first, although this time our room looked onto a quad rather than an outside view. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are efficient and friendly. We like the hotel’s location, with some attractions within walking distance. We had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Serafina, which was enjoyable.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay here. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of. Traveling to New York was such a special experience for me, and this hotel became a huge part of why the trip felt so memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt like the perfect place to come back to after long days exploring the city. The staff were kind, professional, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress free. I especially appreciated the little things, the atmosphere, the service, and the feeling that I could actually relax while being right in the middle of such a busy city. This trip was something I had worked hard for and was incredibly grateful to experience, so having a hotel that felt safe, welcoming, and comfortable meant more to me than I can really put into words. I left New York with some amazing memories, and this hotel will always be connected to them. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting NYC. Thank you for helping make my trip so special. ❤️

The staff were all incredibly friendly, rooms were always clean when we came back to it after a day of exploring the city! The breakfast buffet was also really good with loads of options! Would definitely recommend as it is also in a really good location with nearby sights to see!

Most of the staff were friendly and our room was clean. However, we were very disappointed with the size of the twin room, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. The room was extremely small, with barely any space to store or even open our suitcases. The bathroom was also very cramped and didn’t even have a shelf or adequate space for toiletries. We were also surprised by the unexpectedly small single beds, which made the room feel even more cramped and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, for the price we paid. The noise was also a major issue. We completely understand that this is New York and some level of noise is to be expected, but we have stayed in other hotels in the city and have never experienced it being anywhere near this bad. Unfortunately, it made it very difficult to properly relax and sleep. Overall, for the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable stay.
