The place is clean, bed was nice and big enough, but they should add more details, for example a microwave, paper towel and shower caps would be useful. I am not clear about the deposit because it has not been refunded. Other than that, this seems decent for a stay in NY

Nice option just 20 min away from Manhattan and fair prices! Short walks to Montrose and Myrtle stations. (MONTROSE IS RECOMENDABLE). This hostel also allows luggage storage at no extra cost! The staff is AMAZING

first time at a hostel as a woman, it was a wonderful experience. outstanding for price. rooms are clean, sheets and rooms refreshed every time someone checks out or when requested. just a bit dusty, but could’ve just been my side or my room. very safe, had locks for my belongings but left untouched by roommates when left unattended. friendly guests that stayed, went out with other girls that stayed at the hostel. very amazing time, will definitely come back next nyc trip.

Great stay! Was with a group of 8 so we got 3 private rooms. They were all spacious and we each got our own bed. Private bathrooms in the room as well. I recommend!

It was very well kept. A bit of noise at night when you are in room 105, I would go there again except that with luggage from within the metro system there are some stairs to tackle. Moore house was better than some hostels

I loved the affordability, the sizable kitchen, how the staff took me in before my check-in time, and how relaxed the other guests were. The area it's in was a little hard to navigate, but the hostel itself is solid.
