We really enjoyed the stay! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My one comment is that we were charged an additional cleaning fee and when we arrived in the room, there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest and the shower could have been cleaner. Mildew came off the shower door when water was running. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again!

The only complaint we have is the $300 cleaning fee when there is no daily service for towels/General cleaning and there is a list of things they expect you to do to clean when leaving. Other than that it was a great stay. Gym and rooftop are great amenities.

Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful.

I will only stay at One Dutch when I visit FiDi from now on. Ive been to many oher hotels in FiDi and this is the best for the size and comfort of the room. My room at One Dutch was about 3x the size of a normal NYC hotel room plus extremely clean and modern. If you are needing a hotel for a longer stay in FiDi, this is the one you want.

Everything was excellent during our stay. More than enough room for a family of five. Plenty of food and entertainment options around. Only issue we had was with the toilets,they were constantly running after you’d flush. Perhaps they need to update or change the components. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The space was spacious, with plenty of windows as we were able to have views of the NY skyline. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and felt very safe. The subway was conveniently just around the corner, and the neighborhood was quiet with a lot of great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting New York!

There is no city view on this property. Great location! Use the subway as your transportation. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean (old) but clean and updated. The vents need attention. There is only 1 TV in the main room. All in all as a family of 5, in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom with bunkbed, we had a comfortable stay NY. Thank you!

Texas-sized Room in the Heart of Fi-Di

I have stayed in many New York hotels. This was by far the largest room with the best amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a home meal. Access to transportation was right around the corner. The rooftop access was a nice addition. I will definitely stay at One Dutch again.

Check in and check out process was very smooth. We had trouble with our shower and the front desk sent mainentance to come fix within 10 mins. The location was walkable to subway in multi directions. Lots of stores and restaurants all around extra sheets and comforters would have been nice. We would definitely stay here again! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!!

Overall a great stay

Great location—close to many restaurants and metro stations with easy access to all of Manhattan. The hotel allowed Amazon packages to be delivered before arrival, which was super convenient. The apartment was nice and the beds comfy. The downside: $75 charge for a baby crib. We’ve traveled to 20 countries in the last three months, and this was the only hotel that charged for it—and at such a steep price! You could buy a portable crib at Walmart for $40.
