The hotel has a nightclub on the top floor. The sounds can be heard booming and vibrating down through the floors so its hard to get sleep until it stops at 5am. Also a daily fee USD30 is added which came as a surprise. Waiting for an explanation. We had a corner view room and was told it was larger than average. The wardrobe was only 12 inches wide so we ended up living out of suitcases with clothes over the floor. On most days the rooms did not get made up until after 3-4pm so sometimes we would go out and come back to an unmade room with no clean towels. Not a hotel I would recommend or stay at again

Staff were lovely and very helpful especially with my 88 year old Dad who uses a walker and needs help. Room was very clean and was cleaned each day. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and subway nearby. We found it easy to get around many of the popular NYC sites from this location in Chelsea. Would definitely stay here again.

Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rens rum, fantastisk utsikt, i alla fall på de övre våningsplanen, vi bodde på 35:e med utsikt upp mot midtown och en panoramvy mot Empire state building. Lite lugnare då det ligger några få kvarter ned från Times Square området men ändå bara tio minuter bort. Tunnelbana alldeles intill och enkelt att resa både uptown och downtown. Taxi lättfångat på både 6:e och 7:e avenyn. Nära till Soho/Greenwich också, 10 minuter med taxi eller tunnelbana. Värt pengarna.
