La ubicación es muy buena y en general el apartamento está bastante bien. Buena y rápida comunicación con Sonder a traves de la app. Lo malo, los aires acondicionados o climatizadores suenan algo fuerte aunque estén apagados, pero es algo del edificio en sí. También cambiaría las cortinas de la ducha por otras más largas ya que se inunda y se sale el agua muy fácilmente.

A great value option for Manhattan. Great location near Grand Central Station. Spacious Junior Suite size, beautifully decorated! Great kitchen with full amenities, serve ware and appliances. One of New York City's best kept secrets for luxury accommodations.

I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. It was relatively quiet and very comfortable. Staff was responsive to our needs.

Perfect Stay For Two

Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each time, makes it super easy to request a late/early checkout or check-in, and the customer service team is extremely timely and helpful. We needed extra towels at 5am, sent a message, got a response in minutes and a bag of fresh towels were at our door by 7am. The area is very safe and there is a coffee shop and very nice market extremely close as well as plenty of nice restaurants. Was such a nice place to stay and I would absolutely stay again in the future and would recommend it to others aswell!

There is not a front desk to check in. You have to make sure you look at your email which will give you an access code to open your room door. There is friendly staff around most of the time to help. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Room was clean and pleasant and location was excellent. For me, as i am a very light sleeper, the air conditioner that would start up every hour or so, combined with a second floor room near the hotels generators made for poor sleep.

良い点 場所が便利で移動しやすい。 受付が常にいるのでセキュリティ的に安心感がある。 キッチンがあるのが一番よかった。 悪い点 アーリーチェックインを申し込んだが掃除ができていなかった。 キッチンの電気がつかないため暗い中で料理せざるを得なかった。 タオルが少なすぎたので、追加を依頼したがそれも少なかった。 トイレットペーパーが足りず、ストレージなもなかった。

Nothing is unique about this hotel other than lack of human touch. The hotel's location is one of the best. However, for the value of money, this is the most terrible hotel that I have ever stepped a foot. the aircon is not functioning, the TV is unnecessarily complicated, and above all horrible check-in and check-out processes? They may think that they are anticipating future hotels but nothing seems to be functioning. It is a rip off to say the least.
