Location was great. Room was small but clean and well appointed . The hotel WiFi is terrible and the lighting in the room isn’t the best for girls trying to do their hair and makeup . Buy the staff was super accommodating - I would stay there again for a quick trip .

In between Hells Kitchen and midtown (Times Square) - location was great. The bed was super comfortable and a/c was working well. Only downside was the shower and toilet, both were small but manageable… if you’re not taller than 5’9. Would stay again.

The room was very small especially the bathroom.. not enough space to store our things. The staff was amazing and helpful. We had an obstructive view of another building which wasn't pleasant for us. The hotel is located in the heart of the theater district, shopping and dining which is awesome.

Nice size hotel room but when the vent in the bathroom doesn’t work the whole room was foggy. There was no heat but maintenance said no heat until October 1st so the manager did accommodate with a portable heater . For the amount you pay to stay one night the pillow shouldn’t smell like someone’s gym socks!
