The W is a great hotel for convenience and the staff is excellent however the hotel seemed older than I thought it would be, the smell in the shower was horrible, the concrete in the shower doesn’t seem clean at all and the cleaning staff only changed our towels one day out of our 4 night stay.

As always, the vibe at this hotel is cool. The staff in the bar are hip and fun. The dj on the weekends plays a variety of hip hop and old school, something for everyone. The location is superb..

Absolutely loved staying here. No issues at all from start to finish and I can't think of any negatives. Staff were so helpful and welcoming, even those outside who helped us daily with directions and transport. Location was directly in times square so expect noise 24hrs, however, we loved it. (UK visitors......there's no kettles in rooms, however, staff provided us with a hot water coffee machine!!) Would 1000% recommend and return. Thank you for a memorable stay ❤️🗽
