Great staff great hotel bathroom needs updates other than that great hotel in nyc

Hotel Edison Times Square
We had a slight issue with the thermostat in our room. The heater would kick on rather than cool. When maintenance could not fix the issue the manager on duty not only changed our room but had a bellhop assist us with transferring our bags from one room to the other. 10/10 service

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Location was fantastic. One particular lady at front desk was very kind and helpful (she had a European accent, I don’t I got her name correct, but it was something that sounded like an ‘E’ sounding name) The biggest issue during my stay was the lift… they have 4 but most of the time only 2 ...

The Manhattan at Times Square
The breakfast was so limited that it could hardly be called breakfast. The rooms and flats are a little deteriorated. But it is located in a great place. Very central and close to everything. Very friendly staff.
