"My stay was amazing. The check in process was smooth. Front desk staff is not very welcoming. We were an hour early and had to wait to check into the hotel because there were no clean rooms available. There is a shuttle service, but we did not use it. My room was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was great and so was the staff. "

"Had to wait at the airport for a shuttle to hotel almost an hour! Finally had another hotel shuttle Crown hotel take pity on me and take me there! No coffee pot etc available in room either! No complimentary shampoo in room either "
