Your private apartment is located on the first floor of the building (check the stairs picture). You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all its amenities.
Enjoy all the amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas. The washer and dryer are located on the ground floor and are shared with other guests in the building. They are coin-operated (quarters only, please bring your own) and may be used between 9 AM and 8 PM, with the last load started by 7 PM.

Please note: The only shared areas are the common hallway and the in-building laundry room. The backyard is reserved exclusively for the ground-floor studio guests and is not accessible.
