The area outside the hotels is unfortunately surrounded by unhoused individuals which brings a sense of insecurity. The hotel staff and hotel property were amazing!

Perfect stay if going to the Prudential Center

If your going to the Prudential Center, its a must stay! Theres nothing special about the hotel honestly but the location for that purpose is amazing. Staff were friendly. Hotel also partners with the parking garage right behind it.
