Went for a concert at the Prudential Center, and the hotel was only a 3-minute walk away! The room was nice, and they even had snack options available after the concert. Parking was only $38, which was a huge plus! A total win in my book. The area itself wasn’t the best, but for what I needed, the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again for an event at the Prudential Center!

Staff and Cleanliness were excellent. Asked for extra blanket and towels and received promptly. Check in was easy. The only issue was having to carry luggage up or down the stairs from garage. Both 1st + 2nd floors had elevator access but not at garage level.
