It's a very very old property. People live there, so it's not only for travelers. The room attendant was great, she kept things clean and organized for me and my dogs. The patio area is very nice, shared with an adjoining property.

Good alignment between price and quality. Staff was fantastic. The breakfast is not good. The rooms are dated (but very clean, quiet, and comfortable!)... and the pricing reflects that, so I would still rate this hotel quite highly and would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful! The room was adequate but definitely doesn't get maintained enough. The hotel itself didn't appear super clean and could definitely stand some updating. The little hotel restaurant was great and the bartender/server was awesome. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!

This is not a five star hotel. It is clean, good breakfast variety (different options each of our two days), friendly and helpful staff. Great place to lay your head down and sleep. The pool was not opened but the courtyard looked nice. Looking for a snack for my husband at night there are no snack machines however when I inquired if there were any at the desk the guy came back with a complimentary bag with a variety of snacks. 😊

Although the property is dated, it is a clean hotel. The entire staff is accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast is top rate. It was a quiet stay. Check-in was easy and room well prepared. We always book this hotel for our Delaware visits. 👍👍👍

We enjoy our stay when we come back home. Nonetheless, the hotel is always clean and customer service is always good. However, the hotel is dated and needs to add elevators for elderly. Otherwise, we would stay because it's close to everything we need when we come in the area. Thanks

Parking was no problem. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was very helpful since we had 6 people meeting there at different times. We didn't have breakfast so we could get to the speedway and tailgate.

This for sure was a budget stay. I think for the price it was what I expected. It was 1/2 the price of most hotels in the area and I think it was pretty good for the price. The included breakfast was OK. The breakfast is over at 9:30, I came down at 8:45 and the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them, but typical free breakfast at a hotel. Most of the time, all you could smell is weed, which nowadays is pretty typical. They do have smoking rooms, so most of the place smells like cigarette smoke masked by strong deodorizer smell. Carpet throughout is dated and worn, but really, who cares? Room was ok. Sink had a big crack in it. Shower and toilet were good. Definitely had hot water. Decent size fridge and a microwave was nice. Desk, lamps, night stand and chair were for sure outdated and old. Beds were decent. Could have used a couple more pillows since they were the size of throw pillows. Maid did come in one day and remake the bed and straighten up which was nice. Hotel has a bar inside which seemed to be more of a local crowd. Overall, for under $100 a night, not a bad hotel. In a decent area and felt safe during my stay.

Room was sad and multiple dents in the wall and dirty drawers. Booked a non-smoking room and it was clearly smoked in which made me concerned for my 6 year old child. Staff were friendly and accommodating though.
