"This rental was adorable and was very accommodating. Super clean and located in a very cute neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. Really conveniently located near to NYC too! Highly recommend and I would definitely rent this place again. "I. Stayed at the property for about a week. Is was a little tricky for me at first with the lock keypad, but I got it after a few tries. The apartment was roomy for a family of four. The apartment is right across the street from a supermarket so if you want to cook your own meals you can. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend staying there and I would stay there again. Alonzo was a great host. Got back to me right away when I messaged him."

"The TV didn't work properly, the owner said, "that's all the reception it gets". The oven didn't work. The heat didn't work. When reported, we had to sleep in 35-degree camper where you could see your breath. Owner said there was a heated blanket, but there wasn't. When the owner finally showed up the next day, we were told "Give me money and I'll turn the heat on" We had VRBO move us to a safer place. "

"The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. "
