"Beautiful Gem, restaurants and rooms were superb"

"The place was magnificent. Well located, clean, well appointed. Just one word of caution for older people or people with heavy bags: navigating the stairs was challenging."

"Amazing place. Felt like a model apt unit rather than a rental place. Wish we were staying longer."

"Beautiful, clean and very private space. Very close drive to Downtown Newark restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"

"The host was amazing "

"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, We arrived at 4 AM tired, the place was a mess, unclean, and likely mold looking discolouration on the wood flooring. Bed sheets, stained. Pillows were yellow. Fixtures were damaged. Ceiling had warp likely to some flooding. We obviously didn’t want to stay here for the 2 nights we booked so we left immediately. Mind you we were a party of 6, and the description reassured perfect stay for 6. We contacted host countless times for dispute, he have absolutely no crap about...

"This space worked great for us for our short stay ."

"We traveled to and from Jersey and NYC everything was in a reasonable range, and good safe neighborhood. Pictures are just like the property on line, only feedback is a better bed( uncomfortable and loud) and to get rid of the 1 ply toilet paper. Other than place is very clean and brand new! "
