Big updated rooms and bathrooms are a plus. Convenient airport shuttle service is available. At first a staff member couldn't find my reservation, but the morning person was very pleasant and helpful and straightened everything out. I just wish there was a hairdryer available in the bathroom.

Non smoke rooms smell like smoke, customer service sucks they think you’re threatening them because you speak firmly. Music is played all night, during the day there’s barley anyone and at night time people use this motel for drugs and sex

Heat was not working, it was 30 degrees outside. Dead cocroach in the middle of floor. Hair on sheets. Need I say more. Gross and disgusting !!!! Never again !!!
