visit to Crystal Bridges

Great location walking distance from town center and restaurants.Very cute house, clean and comfortable; however, very small with low ceiling in bedrooms which are up steep stairs. Shower is downstairs which is a little inconvenient.One major plus is the host was incredibly prompt in response to inquiries and very helpful.Overall it served the purpose for us.

I liked the location and how easy it was to check in and find the cabin, however our cabin was still quite dirty and didn't find the beds too great for a good night's rest. Very close proximity you are to next door's cabin.

The rooms were big, the dishes weren’t completely clean and I washed them before use, there was no dishwasher so couldn’t clean them professionally when I left, my mother had booked for 8 people in two other cabins and she did not have all the linen she needed even though we had called earlier to check, the pool was clean

The property was ok for a weekend away. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. Crumbs on the bedside tables, glass sliding doors only cleaned half way up! The unit was cleaner when we left.

tried to book in on sunday at approved times 2-6pm left 4 messages as no-one was around ,eventually saw another person open the key box which i thought was locked,and the found an envelope with my key and map.would have been less stressful if anyone had called back-which never happened,or if someone had left a message on my phone of the instructions.this was not the ideal start for my stay.

It was the largest of all the cabins that we stayed in and it even had a washing machine in the bathroom which we made use of. Most of the cabins were of Jayco construction but this one wasn't. This property gets 5 stars from my brother and I.

Although there are a lot of units, the area was quiet. Lovely to hear bird calls in the early morning. Better sign postings showing the unit numbers at each corner would have been helpful

Poor design. Had to clamber around the bedroom wardrobe. Kitchen table too big for space. Cabin needed a bit of tlc. Shower taps leaked and were difficult to use.
