"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place for all ages, the weather ended being kinda windy so we appreciated the room and many activities the house has to offer. We had aged 2 months to 86 years and it worked well for everyone. Close to the ski hill, trails and not far from Lead and Deadwood."

"MY ADVICE IS LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR LODGING! The cabins are currently under construction, unkept, dirty and not private.The property owners/managers are a no show to whom you have to communicate via text message. Wi-fi is non existent, most cabins are duplexes (not exactly the peaceful getaway that one would expect for the price point) the spa, hot tub and sauna are defunct (which are advertised directly on their site) Nothing about this location justifies the 3x per night cost compared to surrounding hotels/cabins. This screams that instead of closing to renovate they are still renting out subpar bookings at the expense of paying customers. 2/10 do not recommend."
