"5 notable things that stood out for us were 1) Clear and concise check-in procedures by desk person 2) Security procedures built-in through the room card 3) Awesome shower system knobs (Loved it!!!...it's the best shower I've ever had!!!) 4) All the staff that we encountered were all polite and cordial...and 5) We felt SAFE and SECURE!!!! "

"It was a comfortable room, plenty of hot water to spare, I love that they have shampoo and conditioner ready to use and also lotion by the sink. The staff was helpful as much as they could. the sink had some loose faucet handles, but there was plenty of water pressure. It was very accessible. Our room phone did not work and the concierge did try to fix it but it was a maintenance thing."
