Great location, located across the road from old Newcastle terminal (before they put in the light rail). Easy walk to the beaches, the breakwall and the light rail. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room had an amazing view. Will stay again

It was close to everything, loved the welcome bag of lollies on arrival, staff were very accomodating and friendly, it was great walking distance to everything (dining, beach, wharf, NYE events). Nice stay.

Had an issue with the type of room booked and it's unavailability. They were as accommodating as they could to resolve the issue and make it right. Rooms are nice and comfortable with great access to the surrounding area, very historical.
