Excellent stay. Very accomodating and friendly staff (shout out to Gavin). Parking is limited but no problems on this occasion. Room was a standard but very comfortable and nice! My only issue with this room was a narrow bathtub shower which is a bit tricky to shower in. Beyond that excellent. No noise issues, free toiletries, iron and board, wardrobe hangers, spacious room... recommended. Business trip.
The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The tea/ coffee facilities are fantastic.
A small suggestion - to save water, they may ask the guests to consider “green” no cleaning for the day with a reward like what holiday inn is doing or something equ. I’m sure many will appreciate that gesture as it’s environmental friendly.
Also found some of the rooms are very dark, would be nice to have more central brighter light .
The overall stay was great, the only issues we really experienced was the Fire Alarm going off on Monday morning at 8.15am (issue in the restaurant) when we were hoping for a bit of a lie in and secondly the staff smoking area seemed to be on the fire escape outside our bedroom, we could actually smell the smoke in our room.
The hotel is lovely and staff were fantastic, location is brilliant, just a couple of small issues.
Nice hotel in a good location. Would have preferred a more comfortable bed (a mattress topper would have helped). Didn’t use the restaurant. Enjoyed our stay
The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly and very apologetic when they hadn't made up my sons bed. Although there was no need as when he was ready for bed it was made up ready. They happily matched the price available on a booking.com/Expedia site.

We were given one of the old non renovated rooms. We booked in our dog but our room had no room for the dog to sleep and we had to put the chair on the table to make room for her, I paid extra for the dog and presumed there would be some space for her. also the tv didn’t work on night.
Excellent night’s sleep and super professional service. Kudos goes to Laura Ann (if I recall her name correctly) who was on the desk at checkin and checkout.
There are small things which reflect an attempt at making the stay that much more pleasant. Limited but free parking, full set of toiletries, comfortable bed and pillows, pair of wine glasses in the room, very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast and all that with a smile. Highly recommended.

Its a perfect location for my visits to Newcastle and the added bonus of being able to park your car is a bonus too. The staff are always amazing, helpful and happy. Have noticed though that some of the rooms are looking a little tired.
Definitely recommend this hotel especially the deluxe suite. Very well equipped, first class service and super close to Newcastle city centre. Only downside is the parking, there are limited spaces and they are on a first come first served basis. Great friendly staff too. Will definitely be back for another stay.
Service was great and the hotel is very clean but the bed was very uncomfortable lumpy and it was two singles mattresses which had a seem that ran down the middle of the bed both me and my partner had a terrible nights sleep and woke up with sore backs.
Quiet rooms, friendly bar staff, pub offering decent food in the hotel. Car parking is limited. Stairs and route to room was a meandering route.

I was put in room 360. Do not stay in this room. Very cold and very cramped. The bed was awful, very thin mattress that went flat when you laid on it and you just felt the wooden slates. Did not sleep well at all, with bad neck due to bed.
Rather pleasant hotel on Osborne Road where there are many places to stay. Reception very good and room grand. Only blot on the landscape was that the hot water in the bathroom was scalding. Some may see this as a positivrbut if you have children with you then I deem it dangerous.
The hotel has a bar and a restaurant attached which is extremely handy.
Overall a decent hotel with decent amenities in a decent area.
