"On our first day, our room was not cleaned at all. On the second day, the cleaning staff only changed the sheets and left towels, but did not clean the bathroom - the trash bin was not emptied and there was trash on the floor. Our used tea cups and mugs were also not changed. When we raised this at the front desk, one staff member told us we could send an email to complain, but we were never given any further information on how to do so. "Booked through Expedia to turn up at the hotel to find out my room had been “cancelled” although I’d had confirmation from Expedia to say it hasn’t. Had to then re book the room through the hotel direct for a more expensive price. Sounds like a bit of a con. Hotel is a 3 star so don’t expect the world, basics. Worst part about the hotel were the staff and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent. Great if you want extreme basics in a hotel somewhere to sleep and that’s it. Otherwise look...

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."
