"On our first day, our room was not cleaned at all. On the second day, the cleaning staff only changed the sheets and left towels, but did not clean the bathroom - the trash bin was not emptied and there was trash on the floor. Our used tea cups and mugs were also not changed.
When we raised this at the front desk, one staff member told us we could send an email to complain, but we were never given any further information on how to do so. Another staff member simply said that detailed cleaning is...
