"Robert has done an amazing job renovating the property, there is so much attention to detail and the design is very well thought out. At the time of writing the photos don't do it justice. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant to spend time in. There are some interesting things to look at in the living area too, including local interest books, musical instruments, games, pictures and a curio cabinet. "Very clean, cozy and quiet, just what we were looking for. Close to numerous hiking trails and friendly small villages, and close to St John's."

"Lovely older redone home. Right across from water. We met three fisherman coming in from the day fishing. Spent time with them while they cleaned the cod. A lot of fun with those boys!!!"

"Million dollar view was hampered by tall trees. Very deceiving. No closets, hangers, hooks or drawers (already full), to store our clothing. No practical hooks in the bathroom. Miniscule counter space in bathroom (a shelf would be welcomed). With the window in the main bedroom facing the road we were disturbed early in the morning (6am) by traffic noise (trucks, trailers, quads, etc.). Mattress sagged considerably in the middle."

"Where do we start. This boathouse has everything you would ever need or what. The water view was breath taking. Brenda decorated the place so nice. Just beautiful.Rod and Brenda who own the boathouse were so friendly and helpful. You don't want to miss this place to stay.
