The staff is amazing! The breakfast lady is just so wonderful. They give you cookies at check in wih bottled water and they have fruit infused water available all day. Location is awesome. Super safe. Plenty of parking all around. Thank you for giving 5star service

Nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Good common areas and pool deck. Decent breakfast choices. Good value. Only complaint was key card didn’t open door from pool area into hotel, multiple tries. Had to walk around to entrance.

Southern hospitality at its best!

It is the people that work at this hotel that make it a five star hotel. They are so kind and quick to help with any need! The room is clean. Plenty of towels are provided. The large refrigerator, dishwasher, and plates/mugs/utensils are very helpful. The location is well-situated for the city and a quick drive to Publix and Pizza Hut. The only room for improvement is a bathroom door that is easier to work (it is a sliding door that does not fit well). Overall, a great place to stay! If I am ever back in the area, I would stay there again.

Our room smelled like smoke and when we asked the front desk, she was rude and blamed us for not telling her earlier. We had gotten in that previous evening at close to midnight and were exhausted. Will Not be staying at another Hilton hotel after this experience.
