I only experienced the area around Route 34, I-85, and Ashley Park Bypass. Many of my favorite stores and eateries within 1 mile! I arrived 10pmish Sunday night, no one out. Monday morning was rush hour. Somewhat upscale and friendly area overall.

There are a lot of current variety when it comes to shopping and food options. Highway access is great. Newnan was clean, and quiet. I didn't have any concerns about the area.

Terrible traffic even on a holiday, but property is located in a very consumer positive area and it's out growing the "friendly- small town" feeling we remember well. The TV is too small and bath dispensers never stay mounted.
