"Great location in the heart of Newport! Harbor view was idyllic and the indoor pool was a great benefit, but the shared public/hotel parking lot left something to be desired as we were constantly nervous about getting a spot (and some folks made their own)."

"We were staying there for our son's wedding Our King room was ridiculously too small for two adults with anything more than a tote bag for luggage. The bed was 24-26' from the wall on both sides of the bed. The room did not have a closet, a chair, a dresser or desk. There was a window seat, which I guess was supposed to serve for everything else. Under the window seat were two drawers on the floor for storage. Never found the room safe that was supposed to be in one of the drawers. As we went to check out the elevator did not work. Calling the front desk we were told they were trying to figure it out. No offer of help trying to get 5 bags down the stairs. Thank fully another guest sent us to the staff elevator which took us to the garage..no help for us catching an Uber. There was no one to help us roll/carry our bags from the street where the Uber left us to the front desk or to our room. I will say the hotel is newer and clean. The lobby is nice. The staff was fine, but not overly helpful or friendly. We will not be back. The location is good. For an average of over $400 a night...it is overpriced. "

"We had a great time in this very nice property near the center. The rooms were very nice-sized and comfy, beds and mattresses fantastic, bathrooms beautiful and nicely furnished and equipped. Only problem the heat in our room wasn't working but the staff gave us an electrical heater and extra blankets for the night we stayed there. Also, couldn't find a parking spot at night; had to park on the street. The breakfast was on the healthy and minimal side. The house aesthetics give vibes of the gilded age with a modern twist."

"We had a great stay at your property. We were there for our 35th wedding anniversary. There were chocolates and Prosecco in the refrigerator when we arrived. The staff was great very friendly and that began with Brian. Who is he valet manager. He was very personable and gave us many suggestions on what to do during our stay. It’s a beautiful property. I recommend it highly."

"Clean, self check in, up to date and fresh rooms. Centrally located to shopping and dining and both on site and overflow parking. Very nice stay would recommend. "

"Kim was amazing!! Breakfast was delicious each day!! The tub in the room was so nice for an evening soak. The steam shower and heated towels were a treat. The bed was comfy! Wine and cheese delicious and a perfect moment after all the walking around the town."
