This is my second home so the place is fully equipped with all the things you need. Walking distance to beach- inspiration point, shops, everything. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, private huge private patio with outdoor dining, sectional couch, BBQ and fireplace. Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Queen air bed is also available & located in the closet. Washer & dryer located in laundry room by garage. Games available in the living room tv stand storage. Nice house and close to all the things

My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.

The property was great. Very comfortable and as advertised. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants of CDM. Beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities needed. Great place!

Quick family getaway

Corona del Mar Getaway

Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.

Really enjoyed our last minute stay at Theo property. We were looking for a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach several times and to great restaurants. Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home and Hostess

We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.

Good Family Time

This place is lovely, clean and comfortable. The patio was a favorite spot for hanging out and sharing meals. BBQ works great and kitchen is well stocked. It’s quiet and within walking distance to the ocean and lots of fun shops and places to eat. This is one of our favorites!

Comfortable, needs a bit of TLC

Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use.

The place was very very nice. It felt like home. It was chilly at night, so all the fireplaces were percect and added such a beautiful accent to the home. The only thing that might make it better would be cieling fans. Location was great!
