Located upstairs in the beautiful “Flower Streets,” surrounded by multimillion-dollar homes, you’re just one block from Corona del Mar Beach and a short walk to the shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants of CdM Village.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft and flexible sleeping options, Getaway D comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Park the car, grab the beach gear, and enjoy the best of CdM right outside your door.

IMPORTANT: Minimum rental age is 25 years old per City of Newport Beach requirements. The primary renter must occupy the property during the stay.

Getaway D is one of four Seaview Getaways vacation rentals in our classic Corona del Mar four-plex. This upstairs residence combines old-school CdM charm with comfortable modern updates and a flexible layout for families.

Excellent for Remote Work — We know reliable internet matters, especially when working away from home. Seaview Getaways offers extremely fast Wi-Fi with two separate 1 Gbps internet services, providing redundant backup connectivity. It’s an excellent setup for remote work, Zoom/video calls, streaming, and households using multiple devices at the same time.

The primary bedroom features a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom. An attached loft offers 2 twin beds that are best suited for younger, age-appropriate children. The living room also has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa, giving families different sleeping arrangements depending on the ages and needs of their group.
Getaway D is designed to accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.

The open floor plan connects the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and updated appliances. Hardwood floors run throughout the main living areas, and the small balcony has seating for two—perfect for morning coffee and fresh ocean air.
The living room and both bedrooms have large smart TVs with Spectrum Cable, with Netflix available on the living-room TV.

For year-round comfort, the front living area and bedrooms have separate A/C and heat controls.

A private stacked washer and dryer are located inside the residence. For larger or heavier loads, such as beach towels, guests also have access to our shared laundry room with two commercial washers and two commercial dryers, offering larger capacity and faster wash and dry cycles.

Best of all, you can leave the car parked in the garage and enjoy CdM on foot—walk to Corona del Mar Beach, Inspiration Point, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and the heart of the Village. And don't forget the local farmers market on Saturday!

Guests have private access to the entire Getaway D residence.
For your security and convenience, you will receive a unique door code prior to your stay, so there are no keys to pick up or keep track of.

One reserved parking space in our enclosed four-car garage is included with your stay, along with a garage-door remote. If your vehicle is too large to fit within the designated garage space, free street parking is available nearby. Please check the posted street-sweeping signs carefully, as restrictions vary by street and side.

Beach equipment is provided for your use, including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach toys and a wagon.

Getaways C & D share a Weber propane BBQ located at the base of the stairs.

We are available by phone, text, or through the VRBO app if you have questions or need assistance. We typically respond quickly, but if you don’t receive a prompt response through the app or by text, please feel free to call us directly.

A few important things to know before your stay:
No Smoking, Vaping or Marijuana — Not permitted inside the residence or anywhere on the property, including the balcony, walkways, stairs, garage or common areas. Violation is subject to a $500 cleaning fee.

No Pets — Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Violation is subject to a $500 cleaning fee.

Noise & Neighbors — Getaway D is an upstairs residence in a four-unit building. Please be considerate of our neighbors and guests below. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM, and no amplified music is permitted on the balcony or in outdoor/common areas.

Garage Remote — Please leave the garage-door remote in the residence at checkout. A $100 replacement charge applies if it is lost or missing.
Newport Beach Good Neighbor Policy — Guests must comply with City of Newport Beach short-term lodging regulations and Good Neighbor requirements regarding noise, occupancy, parking, trash and neighborhood conduct.

Supplies — We provide starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries. Guests staying longer may wish to purchase additional supplies.

Children & Loft — The residence is not childproofed. The loft sleeping area is best suited for younger, age-appropriate children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and determining whether the loft is appropriate for their children.

Scheduling — We may be able to accommodate stays shorter than our normal minimum when the requested dates fit between existing reservations without creating an unusable gap. Feel free to inquire.

Extended Stays — For stays of 30 nights or longer, please send an inquiry so we can provide an accurate quote and make any applicable lodging-tax adjustment.
