"Excellent hotel for families. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and splash pad area and having the restaurant on property made for convenient meals while poolside! It was great having something to look forward to back at the hotel after exploring the excitement of Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. 10/10 would stay here again! It was just what we were looking for!"

"We had a wonderful first visit! The room was nice. Every staff member was wonderful and said hello to us when we passed by. One of the valet employees saw us trying to take a selfie and he walked over and offered to take our picture without being asked. He was so friendly and asked about our plans that day. The spa treatments were very nice and the employees were also super friendly. Overall a wonderful experience."

Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge

"I would recommend this lodge to anyone with or even without children. There’s so much to do, there’s no reason to even leave the wilderness areas. Between the two locations you’ll be too busy in the water to leave. They have food options, Starbucks on grounds open in the mornings 8-11am too! They have too much fun activities to even include here. You’ll love it. Check in and out is so easy and everything is accessed and can be charged to your room if needed with your included wristbands. 10/10 stars"

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

"We enjoyed our overall stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pools were fun and kept us entertained so much we decided to extend our stay. However, the rooms need a major upgrade. The fridges in both rooms barely cooled, at one point the door fell off.. the bathtub shower head/pipes literally screamed/screeched every time the shower was turned on so we ended up just letting water run in tub and showering that way. Both toilets experienced plumbing issues and the tv in our first room we had to call maintenance to fix it because it wouldn’t turn on through the remote and it kept needing to be programmed… on plus side , we enjoyed the daily pool party, we think music And beach toys should be readily available, not only for specific occasions . The pool party livened up the atmosphere but we were sad when they collected the beach balls and took the music away. We will definitely be back again, but think it’s helpful for the programs to be reevaluated in addition to the basic room upgrades"
