"Two of my boys and I spent a long weekend at this property and we are all so impressed by the location, large lawn and overall privacy. Had such a great time and my kids enjoyed frisbee on the lawn (which is huge!) as well as time in the lake. The property is the last house on a dead end street which had a big WOW! effect upon entering. Highly recommend."

"We just stayed at Thomas and Susan's Rathdrum Mountain House for 5 nights in the middle of April. It was truly one of the nicest and most beautiful and wonderful places we have ever stayed. "We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! "In early April, views of Spirit Lake were amazing. Walks to the nearby boat launch and along trails, through the neighborhood, and to the town were all wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and plenty of dishes. A great place to stay. Would return again."

"This was ideal for our family gathering to attend my grandson’s college graduation. The house is comfortable and spacious and includes 5 bedrooms and a dining table that seats 10. The owner actively manages the property and responds to queries quickly. We had an issue with the coffee maker (possibly due to operator error) and he delivered a new one to the door within two hours. "We had a great stay. When i booked I didn’t know if we would have a dog with us, we didn’t but it has a wonderful fenced backyard that would be great (for a dog, kids or adults). Enjoyed being able to park in the garage. Would definitely recommend and i will definitely stay here again if i return to the area. "

"Good rec center for families. Rec center and golf course is shared with its residences so there’s a lot of old people swimming and such. I think they are still afraid of Covid, you had to bring your own cup for coffee in the lobby. "
