"The property was quite run down, and the room reeked of smoke. Upon checkout I mentioned the smell of the room, and she promptly refunded my security deposit (as I wanted to make sure I was not charged for that). The stay was fine, but it was quite obvious that the owner of the property doesn't do much upkeep. Breakfast was okay, nothing noteworthy, but adequate."

"My room had dirty towels in shower and trash all over floor. I didn’t even bother mentioning it just had cleaning supplies in my car and handled it myself. Bed slept good though "
