"What a beautiful apartment! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony were spectacular! The beach was a couple of mins walk. And was a joy to walk along every evening. We found the apartment well located to explore Cornwall. And it was a very short drive to Newquay for any supplies you need. Could not recommend more. The staff were delightful and helpful "

"Lovely friendly staff at check on and the bar. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was lovely and not crowded. Very close to Fistral beach, beautiful views from the lounge, some rooms have balconies which looked lovely."

"We loved staying at the Minerva Guesthouse. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful. as are the staff. It's really what makes this place special. The location is excellent, right near the beach for an early morning or evening walk when the tide is out. Our room for three was tight but with everything we needed: an excellent shower, comfortable, clean bed, and closet space. Go for the location, but stay for the hosts. "

"Down in Newquay for the bank holiday with friends on motorcycles. Twin room. I found the bed comfortable and the whole place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit small for me (6’ 2” and 15 stone) but adequate. Food and drink was excellent. Would definitely use again."
