"You cannot check in if you arrive after 11 p.m. The front desk closes at 11 p.m. and no one will answer your call. A very unpleasant staff! They will not accommodate you in any way if you arrive after 11 p.m."

Staff was very helpful when I couldn’t regulate the heat. Explained how to regulate ie. so room was very cozy. Will use this Inn whenever we return to Altoona."
