"MAHEN was very nice and welcoming. Our 2 kids were constantly fighting over everything and we as parents were getting quite embarassed in the hotel while we waited to check in. Mahen kept them company and offered each a treat. He totally saved our day! He also gave us wonderful suggestions on where to go to grab some local food. The hotel itself is a bit dated but the rooms were quite spacious. No weird smells and beds were clean. Price was also reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. On our day of departure, Mahen helped us arrange for a ride to our next hotel. We travelled in a group of 7 so every time we went out, we needed to grab 2 taxis or 2 Grabs. Our overall experience at Vibe was pleasant!"

"Every time I stay at a Four Seasons I always enjoy my stay. Got a room with Club Access and it was worth every penny. Breakfast feast daily and access to the lounge. Great location, beautiful property, great views of the city from the 20th floor pool, and a fabulous gym. Stayed with my 2 teenage kids and we all loved it. Would definitely recommend and return here in the future. 5 stars!"

"Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and tidy and close to shops and trains. Breakfast started late which did not suit early risers and too expensive for what was offered. Otherwise hotel was a good spot to stay for a short break with plenty of food options a short walk away."
