"We slept in and had breakfast next door at the Big Bear Diner. The room was nice. A barking dog and noisy guest along with traffic were disconcerting. No issues with parking or locating the hotel."

"Staff was great. Room was clean. Lobby and all other stuff was clean and fresh. Only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because the TV is outdated. What I mean is how do I not get local channels?? Guide didn't work so very hard to watch TV. Just felt like early 2000's. Maybe it was just my room."

"We liked the place, BUT....... the shower wall (no door or curtain) allowed a flood to soak the floor; there was not one towel rail in the bathroom; the towels were stacked in the only shleves in the bathroom, leaving little room for guest toiletries; there wasn't a hook of any kind on the back of the bathroom door on which to hang clothes or a bathrobe. There needs to be a light above where the small table is placed. It is fine during the day when daylight streams into the room, but at night...... no go! In general, the room was too dark. On the positive side, we ate from three different locations, and all were very good. Oh yeah, the website said there were four bars on site. Well one of these was at the pool, which was closed for the season, and one of them was not open at all."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The bed was amazing. We slept very good! The place was clean. The breakfast was good! Thank you to the receptionist when we checked in. He was nice and gave us a good room. The staff was friendly. We would stay there again."
