"Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog. Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden. Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales. "

"Millies cottage has been one of the best cottages we've stayed at in the Lakes or anywhere else in over 30 years of self catering holidays that we've had. It has everything from wi-fi to a washing machine. The bathrooms were very nice, modern, airy and clean with bath and shower in the larger of the two rooms.
