"Great location , Good Staff , Would Recommend"

"In the town centre. Great breakfast buffet All freshly prepared. Rooms are clean and quiet and cleaning staff are excellent nothing ever a problem unfortuantely its only a few people for such a large building. Very conformable beds and very clean. Great wifi and TV channels. Bar is lovely but never anyone there and stock is poor you cant even get a bottle still water. In house man Richard who is chef handyman reception security and everyrhing else this place would not function like it does as he is a man of many hats and he defientley should be made manager the amount he speaks highly of the place. Well worth a stay and prices are excellent"

" Arrived a little earlier than check in and didn’t expect room to be ready but did expect to be able to get a drink but bar closed….it was 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!!! Disappointing. Hotel in great location and breakfast was great."

"We love it here. The local area and surrounds are stunning. The hotel and grounds are lovely, the rooms have comfy beds and pillows. The staff are very warm, friendly and efficient and the food onsite, very delicious. Thank you for another wonderful stay."

"The room was beautiful and clean, beds were very comfy and thoughtfully laid out for a family with 2 small children. Further, our little girl experienced some sickness during the evening and the beautiful lady on reception was so helpful and understanding bringing us new bedding and a jug of water. Will definitely stay again!"

"There is no Spa/lux feel to this hotel; as you walk in, the reception area is just in the way between the eating area and the bar. the staff are really lovely. The room smelled a bit of damp, the bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn round/get to the loo and it all needed a deep clean. Bed was comfy. There was no soundproofing I could hear the tv in the next room - it was like it was in my room. All old fashioned and not in a ‘faded glamour’ way. Needs a refurb. So disappointing for the wonderful cliff side location"
