Someone meets guests to let them in and give a key; after that, all communication is by text. The published price is a good value, but if you are accidentally overcharged as I was, it can take some time to resolve. "

"If you want to stay here you better bring your own blanket. There’s no heater . asked for one and never received it. Doors and windows are not sealed you can see around the frame. And a tip you have to pay at the property since they say that Expedia cannot charge for the room ( so I had to call Expedia so they could refund the money that they had charge my account ) and the property wanted me to pay there if I wanted the room that I had reserved. Had to knock at the door for someone to look...
