Breakfast experience is absolutely horrible! There are more dining guests than available seats, end up people have to stand and eat. Quality of food is poor and choice limited. Staff works hard but couldn’t help much when the facilities are simply inadequate.

性價比很高的希爾頓花園酒店

雖然是花園酒店，但希爾頓還真不是浪得虛名，性價比還真是很高，尤其後門的藏羌博物館，真的一定要去參觀，體驗做唐卡、藏香、編織、喝西藏黑茶，我們在該處體驗的非常愉悅！ 但是早餐需要改進喔，菜色不多，沒有變化，但有西藏糌粑頗有特色，但試了口味不敢恭維！ 前台求熱措工作人員永遠是笑容燦爛，非常熱心的為我們服務及介紹附近的景點，貼心❤️

以後也不會再使用hotel.com的服務了

我可能以後都不會再用hotel.com訂酒店，也不會建議其他人用hotel.com了。 我是第一次去九寨溝，對當地的情況不太認識，只是憑網上的資料，就訂了三個晚上的酒店。但當我去到當地，才了解真實的情況，發現我的行程需要改變，需要改變第三晚的住宿在其他地方的酒店會更好。但經過與hotel.com的線上服務多翻解釋和爭取，hotel.com不容許我行程有所改變。 所以，我覺得hotel.com的服務並不能很靈活和🈶️彈性的配合旅客在行程上的需要。 儘管我已用了hotel.com好多年，這次也真的讓我非常失望。 奉勸所有使用hotel.com的旅客，必須要確定你的行程不會有任何的變動，才好使用他們的服務。
