Staff told me it’s a scam. The “Muong Thanh President Bac Ninh” doesn’t exist. They used the real hotel’s photo to post on Expedia and cheat for profits. The posted address is the same. I need a refund for this transaction. "

"It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more. "

"Highly recommend this property especially if you have longs hours of layover or even a night. Very clean sheets & towels. Less than $5 Grab from the airport. But free shuttle back to the airport. Owners were so accommodating. All family members were trying to be of help as we kinda have hard time communicating. Will book again this property if I have at least more than 5 hours of layover. "
