The location of this impressive hotel is perfect. Directly across from the beautiful sandy beach and central in the city layout. Very walkable area. A large and varied selection morning buffet.

The location is fantastic—right by the ocean, offering a beautiful view from the room window, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the frequent crowding at the elevators. It seems the same elevators are used by both hotel guests and gym members, which can lead to delays. Perhaps having a separate access point, such as stairs or a dedicated elevator, could help ease the congestion.

Very nice room with ocean view. Hotel room is above Nha Trang Center shopping mall and many restaurants. Only negatives are the elevators were small and slooow; and all soap/shampo dispensers did not work. Hotel should replace fancy dispensers with simple plastic dispensers that can be used easily.

This hotel is not a 5 star. It maybe a 3 star at best. The 2 elevators that were working did not work together, so you stopped at every floor going up and going down. Took 5 to 10 minutes to get up to your floor or down to the ground level. Rooms are old and carpets were very dirty. Views were beautiful and easy to walk everywhere.

Need more work to achieve 4star level

Generally nice 4 star type hotel but no hot water available so i rank it a 3 star hotel, not as good as some other hotels on the street. Great view though and nice employees.

The property on itself was pretty good. Customer service with present and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the workout facilities. They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. This is also where the pool was, and the staff there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful

Great location, right across busy road from beach. Many cafes, eateries & markets nearby. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of issues hotel needs to address. These are- no pool/beach towels available for 3 days we were there, we had to use our white room towels. Also, guests need to be advised clearly on arrival that there is very limited number of beach lounges with umbrellas for guests' use. There were men on beach taking away umbrellas & lounges as these were for customers who had booked them (we discovered later). Very confusing as umbrellas & lounges all look the same. Maybe Diamond Bay hotel could display their name on theirs? Many angry people there not knowing what was going on at 10am. But, all in all, it was a lovely time there. Staff were wonderful & assisted us transfer from a room they had 'upgraded' us to, down to a room with a balcony, which is what I had booked originally & much preferred.

First, I booked the Elite Suite that can sleep 4 and my family of 5 so I only pay 1 addition. When I checked in, they said this room can only accommodate for 2 and I have to pay 3 additional. This is the first red flag. They need to correct their information from their website. Secondly, there was no towel at the pool until 10-11am. The good thing was the room had an excellent view of the ocean and street. The staffs were great.

This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided. The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff. The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools, adults eating and belching by the pool, again not impressed. The breakfast buffet is good and the young man in charge of the eggs is very kind and hard working.

To be a 5star hotel, it didn’t hold the standard. Facility’s would be rated lite a 3 star. Pool guy did not let it use the sun beds around the pool and after some phoncalls and angry faces from him we were aloud to to take two sundress - if we carried our self to the sundeck. Reception was quite in friendly until we hade checked in, after that it was some fake smiles, we just asked if we could get access to our room befor real check in time because we arrived earlier then expected. Breakfast we ok

バルコニーからの眺めは抜群で部屋も広くて快適。ただエレベーターがなかなか来ないし、4階のジムを利用する一般客と宿泊客が同じエレベーターを使うので、混雑しやすい。宿泊客と一般客は別エレベーターがあるとよかった。
