Room Type: Standard Room - 1 King Bed (Breakfast included) Absolutely fantastic experience! As a new hotel, the property is beautiful and our room was impeccably clean. We really appreciated the layout with a separate toilet and bathroom. On the 30th floor, there is a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, along with a kids' club. It was perfect because our two boys could go play there after they got tired of swimming. The kids' club is supervised, giving parents some well-deserved free time to relax, swim, or visit the spa. The location is right in the heart of Nha Trang, making it incredibly convenient to get around. It’s also just across the street from the beach, which is great if you want to swim in the ocean. Breakfast was tasty, though I do wish they had more authentic local options like Bun Bo, Pho, or Banh Cuon (similar to what they offer at Vinpearl). However, the paid seafood buffet for dinner was exceptional—delicious, fresh, and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and highly professional. Overall, we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nha Trang!

This was by far the most friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff- from the check in process, to breakfast, to the housekeeping! The property was beautiful and amazing, but the amazing energy of the staff made the experience even that much better. 🤗

The property is about 6 months old, spotlessly clean, beautiful ocean views and excellent location in center of Tran Phu strip. Best asset is their staff— they are exceptionally well trained, outgoing and proactive. Rooftop pool has amazing views of the city. Breakfast selection is vast with both buffet and ala carte menu.

My stay was excellent overall. The room was thoughtfully designed, with a modern vanity, a two-sided mirror, and a sliding door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. I especially appreciated that the toilet had its own glass door, providing extra privacy. The shower was one of the highlights of the room. The water pressure was amazing, making for a very relaxing experience. The TV supported Hyatt Casting, which made it easy to stream my own content. I also enjoyed the complimentary minibar, which included soft drinks, along with free bottled water refills throughout my stay. The room offered a fantastic view of Nha Trang Beach, and both the swimming pool and fitness center were excellent and well maintained. The food was fresh and well prepared, although I think the breakfast buffet could benefit from a wider variety of selections. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The comfortable accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful beachfront location made for a memorable experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Nha Trang and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a five-star Hyatt property. Overall, the service was inconsistent and the customer service was only average. The most disappointing experience occurred during breakfast. My family and I were waiting in line and had arrived before two other groups. However, the staff seated both of those groups ahead of us without any explanation or acknowledgment. This made us feel overlooked and was both frustrating and disappointing. In addition, the housekeeping standards were below expectations. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and the attention to detail that I normally associate with Hyatt hotels was lacking. I chose Hyatt Regency because of Hyatt’s reputation for exceptional hospitality and service, so this stay fell well short of my expectations. I hope you will review these issues with your team, particularly regarding guest service and housekeeping, to ensure future guests receive the level of care expected from a five-star hotel.
