Amazing find! The hotel is located right in the busiest part of town, and our room was both spacious and comfortable. We upgraded to lounge access, which came with unlimited coconuts—that alone justified the extra expense, even if the lounge food was just so-so. The rooftop pool was very nice, though we did see a roach. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and they set you up with lounge chairs and towels. With so many great restaurants nearby, it was a wonderful stay overall. We would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Good location, near the beach- the beach chairs and umbrellas in the reserved area were nice. Breakfast was also huge and delicious.

I like the service of every staff in this hotel. They are really sincere and helpful. The location of this hotel is also excellent, where I took the hop on/off bus at the station just 7-min walk, and joined the hot mud bath at the Gavlin Hotel by 4 min walk. I highly recommend.

A hotel located perfectly to explore the city and area around. Staff are superfriendly and the entire hotel is in a very very good shape with great beds, room and facilities. The only thing we didn’t like was that our room didn’t have windows outside but to the indoor hotel.

Your hotel is AMAZING!! We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an iced cold drink & towels while sitting on the comfy chairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are attentive, they constantly checked on us while clearing out dishes and offered to refill our coffee. The Sen Spa service is professional & the space is clean, the ladies are checking on the strength of their pressure, asking if we want to have less or more. In particular, we want to give a shout out to Eri - the nice lady with perfect English at the front desk, who helped us with the check in/out and making a last minute ground transport for us to the airport. With her help, it made our trip epic!

Potique Nha Trang is a very pleasant hotel. The place has a warm and quaint atmosphere. It offers the modern conveniences yet still retains an aura of traditional hospitality and charm. In the middle of bustling Nha Trang, Potique is a refreshing find. Mr. Trung and Ms. Ngoc Anh were exceptionally courteous and helpful to me and my family. Thank you Yes, if my traveling takes me back to Nha Trang, I will definitely stay here again.

Overall nice, but some staff members could ruin it

Front desk said they would handle motorbike rental. Waited until 5 minutes prior to pick up to tell us their connection fell through and there was nothing they could do. Laughed at us. Eventually got motorbike (Vu Duc Anh seemed to just not want to work). Still never apologized. Next day, bellhop literally chases me down and follows me about returning the bike. I say I will when I check out in 20 minutes. Still follows and pesters me. This is expected at a hostel, not a 5-star

繁華街に近いので、このホテルを選びました。ワンフロア10部屋しかないため、一つの部屋がとても広いです。水圧が弱い、清掃はほぼされずベッドメイクとタオル交換のみ。フェイスタオルが残念なほど汚かったです。ただ洗面が2つあるのと、日本語でのホテル説明書、日毎にケーキのサービス、空港との送迎付き、ツインでお願いしたはずがダブルになっていることを伝えたらすぐ対応してくれました。マイナス面を気にしないのであればオススメのホテルです。
