Staff was awful.my room had no Heat and it was freezing. I had a tv tv but no reception.immediatly I went to complain she said she would send someone nobody came.it was so cold I went back to see her.Besides that the room was a mess so I demanded my money back. I had booked for 3 nights...no way was I staying there. Makes me wonder why they even own a motel??

The room was not clean at all. The front desk provided us with another 3 rooms for option. Unfortunately, none of them was clean. Not acceptable. But, the staff is understandable. A young woman agreed to refund 100% immediately. We left for another hotel.

Check in time is 2pm & nobody around the hotel. We left a note , then we received a call around 5pm telling we can come. Room smell so bad. Seems not vacuum for months. Facilities were not maintained. Not recommended to stay.

Worst hotel ever

Would have been better to sleep outside as the room was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable.... would not have stayed there had i known how horrible of a hotel it was.... they advertised a pool which is closed.... the stairs to the second floor are sketchy as they are falling apart
