The staff is very polite and pleasant. Close walking distance to various restaurants and Cliffton Hill. The only drawbacks are lack of parking and limited hot breakfast items.

$55 for the night including parking (and we lucked out that we were the only EV), and a reasonable breakfast (yogurt, toast, apples, orangs, cereal, mini muffins and mini croissants, and make your own waffles. My only complaint would be the garbage generated by breakfast with disposable dishes and cutlery, without even the option to recycle. Real dishes would be so easy and better.

Hotel and room was clean. Bed was a little springy. Not a lot of parking. Didn’t use the included breakfast so can’t comment. Others commented on the incense smell when you walk in which I found strong as well but tapered off as you get to your room . It was fine for the price versus others in the area

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We liked the size of the room and the complimentary breakfast and parking. We didn't like the bathroom doors squeaking and the scent in the common areas. Also, we booked a family-size room for 6 persons through Expedia; however, upon arrival, it was confirmed as a room for 2 persons, and we had to pay more.
