Great hotel and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Falls. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit hard for my comfort, but overall it was a good place to stay.

Loved this hotel! The housekeeping crew did such a great job. Breakfast in bed was a wonderful touch, and the food was delicious. It’s a quick walk to all the main attractions. Our room was large, and we loved the steam shower and fireplace. Highly recommend!

The Sterling Inn and Spa is an absolutely beautiful property. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We loved our room and all the amenities! Highly recommend AG Inspired Cuisine, the onsite restaurant. This was the best meal we've ever had! We cannot wait to go back to both the hotel and restaurant!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and had every amenity we could need. The daily breakfast tray was a definite perk. The location was great - we walked to all the main attractions. We would certainly recommend the Sterling and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa. The host, who greeted us, was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, and our room was lovely. AG Cuisine, the onsite restaurant, was absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of Niagara Falls, shops, restaurants and other attractions. We were able to enjoy the area without needing to drive everywhere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a great location for experiencing Niagara Falls.

Location of this hotel is in a convenient spot, fairly close to everything around Niagara Falls. Breakfast in the morning was very good, really recommend the pastries. Steaming shower was also a nice touch to our stay. Only downside to our weekend was how close we were to the elevator. Got woken up both nights by the breakfast carts going up and down to deliver food.
