About this property

The Red Brick Inn - 10 Minute Walk to the Falls

  • Located in downtown Niagara Falls close to the Falls, the Casino and the 3rd Street Entertainment District. A quick walk to all. House is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. It is a 3-story side by side duplex and you will have one side to yourselves. The house is over 100 years old and was abandoned for decades. We have spent the last 4 years bringing it back to life to share with you. We are permitted and meet all health and safety standards required by the City.

    Downtown Niagara Falls New York has seen better days but is on the rebound. This is an urban environment in a rust belt city with a diverse racial and socioeconomic population. While many of the big old houses in the area are lovely and well maintained, there are others that are neglected or empty. It is an area that is slowly being brought back to life with new people and energy. One should not expect a resort like atmosphere within the city.
