This hotel is dated but well maintained. The views are beautiful and they keep the windows very clear so you can enjoy the view. $40 per person for pancakes at an ihop is laughable, but you're paying for the view. The observation deck is a waste of space for them -- their snack bar was not open the entire weekend and it was never utilized unless there was overflow for breakfast. A hack is to go get starbucks and sit in the observation area front and center and enjoy the pricey view without the ridiculous ihop over-pricing.

This hotel has everything we needed for our stay in Niagara Falls. Restaurants, observatory for viewing the Falls and nightly fireworks. Walking distance to just about everything except for the adventure park area. Parking was off-site but they have a shuttle to take you back and forth. We would stay again!

Everything was great. The only negative item I have because it wasn't disclosed on Expedia was tge extra cost of parking. Around 40 dollars a day was an unexpected cost

Dinner in the restaurant was very good. But the next morning breakfast at the IHOP was almost un edible. It was a fire. Alarm went off at night and had to walk down 30 floors. With no fire.

The view is amazing, the location is superb. Areas of improvement, (1) better quality towels (2) need to improve the observation deck, looks almost like storage. If it were turned into a bar it would be wonderful. Staff is nice and friendly. I recommend this place and would return.

Very clean spacious modern rooms. Staff is helpful, it’s steps away from the falls entrance. Starbucks next door and ihop on the 26th floor with a view. We had dinner at their steakhouse with fireworks and it was awesome too. Overall, excellent place to stay with close proximity to falls and spacious modern rooms/bathroom.
